1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Include proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Request a Return

The reason for the return
Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

If you wish to return an item because:

You ordered the wrong size
You changed your mind
You no longer want the item
You prefer a different color or style
The item does not meet your personal expectations but matches the product description

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our Responsibility

We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label only if:

You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged during transit.
The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

In these cases, we will either:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, once the issue has been verified.

5. Return Address

Do not return any item until you have received return authorization.

Returns sent without authorization or to a different address may be refused.

6. Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Original shipping costs are only refunded when the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or verified manufacturing defect).

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or available colors, subject to stock availability.

Customers requesting an exchange for sizing or personal preference are responsible for the return shipping cost.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose either:

A full refund, or
Store credit.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items.
Used, worn, washed, or altered items.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care.
Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

10. Refund Delays

If your refund has been approved but has not yet appeared:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary.
